This was the only "real ballerina" skirted leotard that I could find that was big enough for a child who is 5 foot tall and wears a 14-16 kids or size small in women. It was so beautiful and sparkly and feminine and soft. She writes it for Halloween but everyone thought she was a real ballerina. I thought it was good quality and functional.

This is a great dance outfit for my five year old (ordered size 6/7 because she has a long torso). It does well and straps don’t fall down.Tip for washing: I hand wash cold and wrap in a towel to help ring out water (first with the skirt up, then with it down). I make sure to have the sleeves and skirt set down when I hang it to dry and I also pull the bottom skirt layer down. This helps it to look better once it dries. I have not lost any of the jewels or sparkles!I have washed it about 15 times and it still looks great.I have had others that shed the sequence or sparkles like crazy and I was pleasantly surprised when this one didn’t do that 😊.

Fits well, but size up. Child wearing typically 90 or 100 (or 3T) can wear 120 comfortably. Does drop some sequins but not as badly as some other costumes we have had.
