Great Horse Stories for Girls: Inspiring Tales of Friendship and Fun

I was looking for a really good book for a 10 year old girl who loves horses. Looking for something that she would love to read about the relationship between a girl and her horse. This had too much religion for this girl.

I bought this book for my granddaughter and she loves it. Would recommend this book to any girl who loves horses .

I bought the book for my granddaughter, whose 10. She hasn't started to read it yet. I read it & found it very interesting & great for inspiring children. She gives fine advice for children on often occurring problems they encounter. I have enjoyed Rebecca's Guideposts Daily Book, since she began. I was intrigued when I saw about this book. I thought my granddaughter, who has a firm faith would enjoy these devotions. I have read Upper Room everyday since I was 12. I am 72 now! It has been so helpful to me, I want her to start that habit.

Perfect book! Just what I wanted for my 11 year old. I was looking for a book that we could enjoy together as well as, grow her faith and help prepare her for the changes in middle school.

We bought this for re daughter for her birthday and she loved it! She said it has lots of useful info for horses in it and she enjoyed reading it! Her sister also read it and loved it! We would by again!

I love this book. I won my first copy in a contest, and have gone on to buy others as gifts. The situations can apply to adults as well, the message is the same, the situation just may be more complex. The book is also perfect for horse crazy grandsons and a grand daughter not yet old enough to be horse crazy. As in not speaking yet. The stores are great to read to her. This book is another great one from Rebecca Ondov, I always anxiously await her next one. Beautifully done, G-d uses her gift to bless us and his gifts to us, our horses.

Got this for my granddaughter as she has to do a book report for Olympians - a Christian club. This book fit the need.

When this book was advertised there was no mention that the author is extremely involved with God. The theme ran through all the stories so we did not feel it was appropriate to give it to our grand daugther.
