I bought these to help with bloating after meals, and I’ve been really pleasantly surprised. They are small and very easy to swallow, unlike some huge capsules I’ve had before. I noticed a difference within a few days—my stomach just feels much calmer. They do have a strong minty smell when you open the packet (which is actually quite nice!), but no nasty reflux or aftertaste. A solid, natural option.

Absolute godsend! I've been using weight loss injections, unfortunately, they have a tendency to cause bloating and trapped wind, which can be very uncomfortable. Daily does recommended is 4 capsules. Thus the hint in 365 capsules comes down to about three months use.2. Since the peppermint oil is volatile (even with a humectant included), a soft pouch is unlikely to prevent product loss even over three months.
