Body by JakeIM Body Weight Training Rings

This is a kinda cool TRX type thing that suffers from the typical low quality of BBJ products. I wish they would charge more but make a better product because ultimately the impression is the same- not worth the price. The DVD's are cool and are the saving grace of the product. At least there are no cords or rubber parts to snap like in the Tower 200- another cool but cheaply made device

I like this and it can really put you through a good workout. However, assembling the telescoping rod is a royal pain in the neck. BBJ should spend a few more dollars to upgrade--I'll pay a few extra dollars for something that does not require the strength of the Hulk to put together. Once I did put it together, I enjoyed the workout. A really neat concept to be sure.

I can't say enough about IM Rings. The number and variety of exercises provided gives you something to de everyday. Arms (of course), core, legs, back, shoulders, every part of your body gets worked. Just like advertised - Use the body you have to develop the body you want. I am installing mine attached to the wall for a perminent workout station.

Was very excited to start using this, unfortunately it arrived without the rings in the box and is unuseable:( returning it back to Amazon. The box was not sealed so I suspect theft here. Doubtful a manufacturing defect.

I paid $10 for this just for the rings. Good buy!

The Body by Jake IM Training Rings are as effective as the Total Gym at a much lower price. It's relatively easy to set up and use. I enjoy it.

It not like going to the gym but close enough.

liked the rings but never used the system.
