Milisten 3 Pairs Medial & Lateral Heel Wedge Silicone Insoles for Supination and Overpronation - Help Over Pronation or Underpronation

I have to wear a left heel lift since I broke that leg, I am told discrepancy is around 2cm, only trouble is that no heel lift was ever comfortable for long. I measured my own leg in case the difference had changed and found that the length discrepancy is only on the outside, inside of my legs are more or less the same. These are not expensive so I could afford to buy them for a trial run. The result, combined with a 1cm lift, is great so far and saving me a lot of pain

This is what I need but doesn’t stick well even on the smooth leather insoles. I have to put another insole over it so it will stay. They are comfortable and definitely helps me pay attention on my gait.

I have arthritis in my knees likely caused by over pronating feet. I have insoles in my shoes but have found my knees often become worse during the summer as I tend to wear sandals throughout the warmer months. This year I bought these and they have been amazing! I even have a pair stuck to my flip flops by the pool!They fix better to brand new sandals but respond well to superglue if needed.I’m hopping for happy knees for years to come!

I have fibromyalgia and because of pain ,roll inwards to the point where it spoils my shoes ,rewriting this review as if anyone had a slight problem they would probably be OK but they are not for me

I did and kept bumping my head.

I use it on my heels. I’m supinated and my heels tends to roll out. This keeps my heels stable and it isn’t harsh.
