What is the weight limit that the rack can hold?

I have 10 basket balls and 5 footballs on it and a bunch of smaller bean bags and smaller balls in the baskets it’s pretty sturdy.

Does this item come with washers for the screws? Mine did not but seems like it needs it.

Does not have washers. I did notice some holes should have. Maybe drilled too big; however, seems to hold and is sturdy.
