I just brewed two scoops in a kava bag. It was thick and numbing. Pretty good quality kava.

This product seems a little expensive but actually it's not. It's healthier than beer and other alchohols because you don't do dumb stuff like if drinking too much. I've read that Kava also can make a person feel younger and exercise better. It's really a useful tool for modern people to have. Usually just use about 1 tablespoon for 12 ounces, and use boiling water and a butterknife to stir it. If you don't use a butter knife not all will be stirred. You don't really need a strainer if you stir correctly. Flavor might be bitter but just use a piece of fruit or something as a chaser. Don't drink too much, just maybe 1 tablespoon a day. You can drink it before you go jogging.

I’ve drank kava for years and there is reason why this stuff is cheap.There is no effect and so many twigs in it.Will never again purchase and do not recommend.

This is very weak and no good effects. I would not recommend this even to a first time kava drinker.

I've been drinking kava for close to a decade. Definitely would not recommend this. The taste was smooth, but the quality of the kava is terrible, very grainy, full of twig bits. No noticeable affects from it. Wouldnt recommend even for beginners.
