Are you a hot sleeper? I sure am. I toss and turn and sweat and it's really unpleasant ... particularly when the pillow gets hot as well! This pillow was a great solution! The memory foam inside is cooling and will not great a sauna for your head. Even better - the pillow is endlessly adjustable. Want it fluffier? Add more of the (included extra) memory foam. What it flatter or more compact? Take some out. It could not be easier.

I have a very weird sleeping position (on my side). Normal pillows are often way too thick and kink my neck. I have several very old pillows that are almost flat so I can put it under my head and through my arm. I saw this pillow and assumed it was flat like advertised. Instead it is very thick, and while easier to compress than other pillows of its type. It is a VERY well made pillow and feels very cool to the touch. I wanted to really like this pillow but unfortunately its not for me.

I have mixed feelings about this pillow. I had super high hopes, as it's a well known brand and the price seems high enough to ensure great things. However, in reality, it feels like a pretty average pillow to me. It comes well packaged rolled in a tube and shipped in a Molecule-branded cardboard box. The presentation is nice, and it comes with a little info card. I'd hoped that since this is supposed to be such good quality, the memory foam wouldn't smell at all, but unfortunately I had to let it air out for a few weeks before I felt comfortable sleeping on it (though I am hyper-sensitive to chemical smells). Definitely better than some of the more sketchy quality pillows I've bought, but not as good as I'd hoped. The foam itself is little chopped up pieces, and in order to "adjust" the pillow, you have to just scoop some of it out. Not a very official process, and a little tricky to accomplish without spilling foam everywhere. I also don't love touching it - it feels a little chemical-y to me. Since my pillow didn't come with a bag for extra foam (would've been a nice touch), I just stuck it in a grocery bag. My pillow arrived extremely overstuffed, and I removed 6 heaping handfuls of foam to get it to where it was comfortable (I'm a side/stomach sleeper). As far as the "cooling technology" - I definitely didn't notice any difference between this and my regular pillow. Once it's encased in a pillow protector and a pillowcase, it holds heat just like any other pillow will, regardless of the material used. So it definitely does seem like a very average pillow that's just been talked up a whole lot. That being said, it is quite comfortable, and my neck seems less stiff in the mornings. Definitely don't think it's worth what they're asking, though.

While waiting to receive my pillow, I read a few reviews with mixed results. I found that I had great success right out of the box with the included fill. I generally like a stiff pillow that conforms with my head and this pillow does a great job. I did not experience any residual neck pain from switching over, which was a real treat. I often worry that when switching to new sleep gear that the first thing to hit me is the neck pain. The off gassing smell lasts 2-3 days but settled down pretty quick once it was in a pillow case on my bed. All in all I really enjoy this pillow. It's too rigid to stack 2 high but just one seems to be enough since it holds shape extremely well.

This is a very firm high loft pillow. Beyond that I don’t see any real difference between this and other pillows we have had over the years. Everyone has different needs and preferences with their bed pillows. I usually like firmer and more filling, but this one is over the top in both categories. Nothing wrong with it, seems well made, just not for me.

This pillow had potential. It has a cushy cover and seems like it would stay cool and the stuffing is soft. The reviews I read when purchasing (somehow these have disappeared and I’m the first reviewer...) said it came with extra stuffing to make it full, medium or flat. When I opened the pillow it had instructions that said it was already “overstuffed” and you could remove stuffing to fit your preferences. There is no way this pillow is overstuffed. It’s medium filled at best. If it had more filling it would have potential. But after 2 nights of waking up with a sore neck it is going back.

This pillow is great. It’s got a nice stay cool feature. The pillow also allows you to adjust the fullness since it’s overstuffed. After using for 5 months I was very pleased with the purchase.

Update: After using this pillow for several weeks, I am waking up with neck pain and headaches again. I have tried readjusting the amount of fill several times. I am a side sleeper so this should be pretty easy for me to adjust. I could see if I was a stomach sleeper because that really cranks your neck badly. I am not sure why this is suddenly becoming uncomfortable for me but it is. I have been waking up with horrible neck pain, and I know it is from my pillow. I am so happy with this pillow. Pros: - it is easily adjustable to fit your support and comfort needs - the pillow and foam are cool to the touch so my head doesn't get hot - the inner pillow has a zipper to make adjusting the pillow a breeze - the pillow breathes and has mesh venting on two sides - my neck does not hurt when I lay on this pillow - I can adjust this pillow as many times as I want - there is no nasty memory foam like odor - the foam does not clump and get hard (happy, happy, joy, joy) Cons: - (this is so minor) The zipper for the inner pillow is on the opposite side of the outer zipper so I had to remove the entire inner pillow to take out the shredded foam. When I put the pillow back in, I put the zipper on the same side as the outer zipper. Now I can adjust it without taking the pillow out. This pillow os worth every penny.
