Nitto NT555R All-Season Radial Tire -P275/50R15 101V

Unbelievable traction. I used to be able to burn rubber for a hundred feet with the Goodrich radials I had before. These hookup immediately after a short drive. The size was perfect for my 1970 AMC Javelin and the look is awesome. Hard to find a matching size for the front, but found some Falkens that matched up pretty good.

Good grip in max dry weather. Other times they can get a little slick but your best bet for a drag radial that can handle a bit of the wet when you get stuck out during a rain day. Compliant tire too with little to no road noise.

I have a FBO E85 weight reduction Coyote car and I always hook in second gear. 1st gear I hook 95% of the time. Great tire for a great price

Probably a good tire for the street. But at the strip it's hard to get adequate heat into em to stick as good as a set of MT's

I'd say these tires work as well as I hoped. They can't hold up to 700+ hp but they keep 700+ hp able to be controlled on the street. Also may not be the best rain tire selection, but probably shouldn't be driving anything with high performance in the rain any way too much anyway, but do well. Not sure about life on the tread yet but have no signs of ware yet after 200 miles of hard driving. All in all, great choice for sticky street tire. Like them better than my M/T street ET's overall.
