good quality charcoal
I take this almost every day, when I get symptoms that I'm dumping too much bile. The package was really dented when it arrived, but the problem was resolved. I wont buy another brand of charcoal as long as this is available.

Very happy I finally bought activated charcoal powder and this one is good value.
This stuff is an absolute beast for odor control. Just make sure to open the seal carefully with a sharp knife so it doesn't explode all over you. I read that advice in one of the reviews, proceeded to forget, poked it with my finger instead and poof black powder all over. Still a 5 star review. That was my fault.
