The most obvious 5 star you can give
The game works perfectly and it’s the best video game of all time (objectively, look up the reviews), so obviously it’s 5 stars.

Not original Xbox 360 case, but was packaged and sealed as new.
Game came in a non-original Xbox 360 case, but was packaged and sealed as if new. The cover art is also clearly used, and possibly fake as well. The games look legit, but with the case and cover art issues, it's hard to sy 100% the copy of the game isn't a fake.

There goes the rest of my life
Skyrim is the latest incarnation of the Elder Scroll series and this edition adds all the DLC and system updates in one package. This is particularly useful for someone like me, who does not use Xbox live, but also acts as a fantastic bargain for anyone who is yet to venture into Skyrim. The main core of the game involves your character investigating and confronting the return of dragons to a world which is roughly norse mythology meets the roman empire with plenty of fantasy archetypes. This may not sound particularly original but when combined with the freedom of this open world and game system it makes for an exciting and refreshing game. At the start of the game you choose your sex and race ( several types of elf, orc, cat people, lizard people and various human races are on offer). How your character develops is then down to your playing style. This is very simple and intuitive - want to become a better archer? then keep using your bow. There are a number of fighting styles, schools of magic and various survival skills to improve and as each skill improves it contributes to your character's overall level increasing. When you level up you can apply a perk to a chosen skill. Each perk brings its own benefits - you may be able to open certain locks more easily, require less magic to cast certain spells or even be able to decapitate your enemies. You can interact with almost every animal person, plant or object in this world - I've logged 150 hours of play and still have dozens of quests to do or as yet undiscovered. The Dlc adds 3 strands to the game. Dawnguard adds ancient vampire lords returning to wreak havoc and you can either join them or stand firm with the titular dawnguard to defeat them. It also adds the ability to use dragons as mounts and a whole host of new spells and equipment. Dragonborn takes place after the main story quest from the original game has ended and consists of a rival to your powers establishing himself on a distant island - adding a large swathe of territory to explore. Lastly, Hearthfire allows you to build and design three manor houses. This expansion has been controversial with some fans but to me it seems pretty clear that this was intended as a pastiche of Minecraft and other "worker ant" games - I quite enjoyed the process of preparing my character's new homes but if you choose not to participate then it won't adversely affect your enjoyment of the rest of the game. In summary, Skyrim was an essential purchase when first released and this new edition is great value. Just don't expect to see much daylight once this world has lured you in.

More Skyrim - but is it better ?
The three adds on are included along with the main game here. They all run cooperatively - with Dragonborn mostly being loaded up when you travel to the tiny isle. The old bugs that dogged Skyrim are still here, for example if the InnKeeper running the Bannered mare dies, Ysolda take it over but still cannot serve drinks or rent a room. S host of new bugs are added, ( admittedly not their fault due to the complexity of the code ) Skyrim is now a far more dangerous place, the Vampires will attack the cities residents openly and many more NPCs will die. DawnGuard is pretty 'scary' and enormous fun. Heathfires ok, you can build a house - house building is pretty linear but enormous fun. DragonBorn is pretty boring - once you've seen it you've seen it - though the textures and atmosphere are top rate - it really looks like a volcanic island. Riding the Dragons is a big let down - you only have a small circle to turn in approximately the size of Riverwood - a strange design choice - this is not caused by technical concerns - this part of the game really could have been legendary. Overall the game is worldclass - Get it !

Legendary by name Legendary by nature
I recently purchased this edition in addition to my previous Skyrim purchase, and lets just say that I wasn't disappointed each piece of DLC feels like it was designed to be part of the full game especially as I thought that there were a lot of items that could have been used to create armor and weapons in the original game that didnt sem to have a use and it seamlessly fits into the Skyrim universe. Not knowing much about the DLC before I played it was a bonus and I was especially pleased to see Morrowind models that brought back great memories of playing Elder Scrolls 3 as a youngster. I would personally like to see a HD revisiting of this game on console however I cant see that happening soon. The only downside to this version is it does seem to be buggier than the original Skyrim, I have experienced a multiple amount of crashing and freezing that I never experienced with my original purchase but this hasnt been a game breaker and I am enjoying the extra content. All in all I love this game buy it!!

Worth it!
I'd bought the standard edition of Skyrim about a month and a half previous to the legendary edition, but didn't have any of the DLC. If you want the DLC and don't have any yet, get this edition. All the DLC (on Xbox market place anyway) costs around £31.50 worth of MS points, and the legendary edition is just under £30. Plus, you can sell your original copy of the game and make some of the money back. And if you're a nerd like me, you'll love the box art of this new edition. Sad? Yes. But game developers know my weakness: special box art.As for the game, what's there to say? Look past the fact that there was only ten voice actors in on recording day and this game is immense. The DLC with the game adds so much. Dawnguard has an epic story, and you get the crossbow, which is worth the DLC alone. Hearthfire impacts your game less, but it is nice to have a mansion; it's a great way to level up your smithing and have something to show for it. Dragonborn is even better. The island of Solstheim is pretty big, and adds more places to explore. So to sum up, all DLC for cheaper, PLUS the game itself, PLUS some beautiful box art. If you already own some DLC but not all, maybe just buy some MS points. If not, it is worth it. Go buy it.
