When I contacted the seller, they gave amazing service and offered a refund or replacement, which of course I chose the replacement. I'm using a different camera for the newer one, but I guarantee 100% it is beautiful and perfect. I'm so grateful for the fix and I can't wait to give this to the person it is meant for. Extremely meaningful.

The size is absolutely perfect. I love the colors and the font is perfect for reading the message on the back. It came with everything you need to transfer the ash’s in a safe and easy without worrying about losing precious ashes. The chain is strong and even though I’ve only had it a few months it feels safe and secure and I don’t worry about it coming loose and spilling my brother all over the floor 😅 I work as a residential cleaner and none of the chemicals have seem to mess with the strength and durability. I would recommend this necklace and Chain anyone who is looking for a special keepsake.

The urn itself is perfect. For me it represents the loss of my wife and I’s twin girls that past 3 years ago in July. I almost freaked out today because the urn came off of the screw although it isn’t many ashes that it holds I was afraid I lost some (I didn’t thank god) but something told me to look down at my necklace and sure enough it was gone so I ran outside and immediately found it with the help of our girls🙏🏼 Just make sure you tighten it real tight! Also I have another necklace I use that we bought from zales after they past. So if you are worried about the necklace it comes with holding up then use one you’ve already got.

I bought several pendants for my daughter and two sisters-in-law after my beloved wife died unexpectedly on Christmas Eve. Each recipient was quite touched and grateful to have a smidgen of my wife’s ashes with them always. Just take your time in inserting the small bit of ashes in the pendant using the tiny tools supplies]d with the pendant. It will be worth your effort.

This is a very beautiful piece however I could only give it four stars because it is very large and quite heavy. I haven't worn it due to the fact that it is bigger than what I wanted and it looks a bit gauche on me. I think it would be perfect for a man it's just a little too much for me

Simple design. The space for ashes is beyond small and the point to secure the screw makes the pendant hang incorrectly so the backside shows. If you unscrew the top, so it lays properly then you would lose the secure fit and ashes be gone. Disappointed but it could just be the one I received.

ordered 3 different ones for my sons 3 God children , 2 were fine but this one had no words on back and no chain with it, was going to return but the kids come for the day and I didn't want to disappoint one ,so Igot a chain off my necklace and put it on He went with that, the other 2 had rememberance words on them , he was disappointed that his contained no words of comfort, he loved the wings symbol and a nice size but very disappointed in the missing features.

This thing is really small...and the chain is way dantie...should be a girl's...no way it will last around a guys neck for more then week...
