I first tried Manatee Gourmet Coffee's Caribbean Delight on a trip to Florida in 2025 and was hooked from the first cup. When we got back home to Colorado, I went through every coffee on our local store shelves trying to find something that matched it — nothing came close. I finally found it on Amazon and have been on subscription ever since November 2025. As someone who deals with constant heartburn but has an overwhelming love for coffee, the low acid formula has been huge for me. I used to reach for antacids just to get through a pot, and I don't have to anymore. My fiancé and I split a pot most mornings — he takes half, I take half — and it's become our little daily ritual. The flavor itself is full-bodied and rich, with a smooth blend of coconut, hazelnut, and caramel that comes through in both the aroma and the taste — not artificial or syrupy, just a warm, tropical depth that makes mornings feel a little special. The medium roast is well balanced, never bitter or burnt. It's a nice bonus knowing part of what we spend supports manatee conservation efforts too — makes the subscription feel like an easy yes every month. Highly recommend to anyone chasing that Caribbean Delight taste outside of Florida.

I am a coffee snob, and I am very picky about the coffee I drink. I was hesitant to try Manatee Coffee because it is a bulk coffee, but I am so glad I did! Delicious whole bean coffee. I used to get it at Costco, but haven't been able to find it for a while. Happy that Amazon carries it.

This is such a great tasting coffee. It has slight hints of Caribbean flavors which has made it one of our coffees. If you like just plain coffee flavor only, this coffee may not be for you (my brother’s are that way) we love it though. It’s a fresh blend and a great value for the money. Definitely worth a try!

Just buy coffee in person is the point here. I bought this because it had good reviews and I was in a hurry (avoiding a store trip). But this is pretty marginal coffee according to my personal taste/opinion. Lacks the acidity it needs (like zero acidity at all), and the flavored aspect does not add an enjoyable taste, it almost tastes "dull" if i had to choose one word to describe it. The flavor saturates your mouth and thus you will not enjoy continually sipping your coffee.

I'm giving it a 1 due to the same reason others expressed. I have triggers for migranes and extremely strong odors will do it, as soon as I opened the package and the smell it me I felt nauseous. If you can get past that and brew the coffee the flavor is just OK and as I mentioned prior, It does Not need any additional sweetener and do Not appreciate the fact that some of the flavors are artificial.
