Maybelline New York Dream Matte Mousse Foundation, Porcelain Ivory, 0.64 oz.

I bought this on a whim because I saw a review video on it and hadn't used it in years. It's one of those products that you either love or hate. Well, I love it. It is so lightweight, yet the coverage is amazing. I have mature skin (59) and was so worried I would turn orange because of the oxidation. That did not happen. I worried about it amplifying my wrinkles and setting in there. That did not happen either. It goes on so smoothly, and it really is full coverage. Covered all my redness and made my skin beautifully smooth and even. I have tried to many foundations and I really love this one. I bought porcelain ivory thinking it was the lightest and it really matched my skin well. It wore all day and did not oxidize, I didn't turn orange and it covered all my dark and red spots. I used my fingers to apply it and it was so velvety smooth. I am so happy I bought this to try, I am very impressed and recommend. And a little goes a long way! I will definitely buy again.

I used to use this product in high school. I can’t remember why I initially stopped using it, but I would think it’s because there were so many other products out there that I wanted to try. I like that the formula almost feels whipped and is easy to apply and blends into your skin. I used the same foundation shade in high school and it still seems to be the same formula/shade as before so I feel the color matches my skin tone as well as what’s advertised. If you like more of a mouse type foundation similar to tarte Amazon clay then this is similar, which is what I had actually been using before this. In my opinion, I feel that you’re getting your moneys worth with this as a little goes a long way for me. I don’t feel it clogs my pores or makes my skin break out. I work in an office, but I don’t need to reapply the foundation once I put it on in the morning. All in all, it’s a good product and would recommend.

Just found out this has been discontinued. I have used it for years and now have to find a replacement. Hard to do. This was great for my older complextion.

I have dry to combination skin and this goes on smoothly a little bit brownish but Im pretty fair skined.It shows up on the skin up close but leaves a flawless finish.For the price you cant beat it!

I tried this foundation once so far. I like it. I used a Foundation brush to apply it and it went on easily and seemed to meld with my skin. It stayed a bit tacky and did not set up completely but that wasn't a big deal. It made my skin look really smooth and covered a few acne spots I had it has that airbrushed quality. The color , porcelain , is very nice, not the lightest of the lights but it's not too dark. It just gave me a bit of color. I usually wear the lightest shade in almost every foundation . It's a nice foundation I just want youto be awair that it doesn't set up completely matte.

I am so very impressed with this product. With just a small amount, it covers flawlessly. It's light weight and there is no need for pressed powder. It blends in with your skin without any irritation which is great for me because I have sensitive skin. I've been using the same product for 7 years and now I found something I like better...and it's affordable!

I don't hate this product but I don't love it either. The coverage for me isn't that great but I've had worse.The Bad:1. I have a lot of redness and my skin isn't very smooth due to old acne scaring. My skin, however, isn't even as bad as some of the others I've seen, so I'd imagine it would be worse if you have moderate to severe acne scaring. This brand of makeup didn't really sit well on my skin and sort of slid around into the scars and made them stand out more.2. I tried using a brush to apply it but dabbing it on lightly with my fingers and gently smudging it outward seemed to blend it better. But either way it just doesn't apply very easily (see 3 for reasons why)3. The texture isn't really a mousse or foam. It tends to pill up and isn't as smooth as one would wish.Having said all the negatives there are also some great qualitiesThe Good:1. I know it's horrible but I'm so self conscious about my skin that I wear makeup when I go outside to walk my dog or workout and this makeup is light enough where it doesn't melt off or feel like you're wearing a ton of it. Goes on quick so you can be out the door in seconds.2. It doesn't cover all the redness but it doesn't do a horrible job either. I could go out just wearing this and feel ok about it but generally I wear it over my liquid oil-free neutrogena makeup and it gives it a nice matte finish and covers up blemishes.

I've tried a lot of foundations, but I always seem to come back to this one. I'm not a fan of the dewy look that seems to be trendy these days with makeup, so matte as possible is my preference. This is a great, cheap foundation! I use it with the Maybelline Blur & Smooth primer so it doesn't stick to any dry skin, and it makes the mousse apply very smoothly. When the Loreal mousse foundation got discontinued (my all time favorite foundation), this was the best alternative. I think I'll stop playing around with other foundations now and just stick to this one since I know I love it! It has light to medium coverage, and it takes any redness out of my skin. I apply it with a Real Techniques foundation brush, and it does the trick! I also think this is a very good match for my skin tone. It's slightly too yellow, but I'm extremely pale, so it's hard to find good matches, but the lightest shade with the mousse is good enough.

C'est un super fond de teint, qui couvre tout en douceur. Ca ne cache pas toutes les imperfections, mais son côté peau de pêche et sa couleur donne un effet naturel.
