I bought this from B HEALTHY seller and fulfilled by AMAZON. I am adding this info here because I read reviews from other customers expressing disappointment and that they received a FAKE product. I came from the country where this KOJIE SAN brand is made and my sister used to buy this soap for us when we were still living in Asia. Finding this here at an affordable price (by American standard) is a good thing.One safety net I follow when shopping here is to first look for products AMAZON sells first. I trust AMAZON will not put their name out there selling fake products. Secondly, I go for products being fulfilled by AMAZON. As much as I want to support other sellers, when it comes to cosmetics, I go to the source first. If that is not possible and I can only get the product here at AMAZON, then it needs to be one that is fulfilled by AMAZON and is returnable.ABOUT THE SOAP. It is AUTHENTIC. It helps control ACNE due to the tea tree oil present in the ingredients. It can be dying yes but that is because of the tea tree oil in it along with the kojic acid. It can also give you a tingly feel on your skin but again that is an effect from the tea tree oil. If you are looking to achieve a white skin like natural born Caucasians, this may not give that to you. However, this soap is good at helping you achieve a clearer skin as it helps reduce the appearance of acne scars, dark spots/melasma as well as sun spots especially on your face. It can take your skin tone 1-2 tones lighter but not like lily white. It takes time to achieve the results but that's just how products like this one work. OVERALL, I AM A HAPPY CUSTOMER and will buy this here again (in fact I just ordered my second batch!).Concerns about the packaging. I bought the two packs of 3 100 grams bar deal here. When I received that order, the boxes looked a bit wrinkled at the bottom but the soaps inside were fine and in great shape. All of them are wrapped in a cellophane with KOJIE SAN label on it written in a slanting position. No KOJIC logo stamped on the smaller size soap bar starting with 100 grams but all of them are wrapped in a cellophane with Kojie San wording all over it.Effectiveness: It depends on what you want to achieve but all I can say is that this soap helps in controlling hormonal acne in general. My melasma is lighter but I know it will take time for it to disappear (if it ever will) as I hadn't had this soap around the past 10 years and just now circling back to using it. I do see good results out of using this soap in terms of the clarify of my complexion. Patience is key and you need to let this sit on your skin for at least 2-5 minutes to achieve the BEST result. Best to use the soap all over your body not just on your face to achieve an even skin tone.Maintenance: Add a face moisturizer with SPF 30 or higher in your regimen when you are using this soap on your face. Also, look for moisturizers labeled "non-comedogenic" (said to not clog pores = clogged pores result to pimples). Use a moisturizing lotion with an SPF 30 or higher as well to keep your skin tone as even and as protected from darkening again. To keep the lighter skin tone you may achieve with this, you will have to devote yourself in using this soap regularly and consistently. If you don't have that patience, then excuse my frankness, but you should never start using this soap. OTHERWISE, you go for it! :) You will not be disappointed as long as you take extra care in who you are buying it from.

My third time ordering from this seller already. This product works but it takes time, I've been using this for a year and it really helped me maintain an even, clear, and brighter skin tone. Especially during my time in Milan, IT last year when it was blazing hot over there during the summer. Though results may very and take time, if you have acne issues it will work on it right away. Usually when I break out, it only takes 1-2 days for it to go away.Also you may break out a bit when first using it, it's because you're over exfoliating/skin is not used to this soap. You need to start off using the soap every other day. Do not leave it on for 5 minutes because your skin will start to sting, once your skin get use to the soap you can leave it on longer. I also do not recommend using it with the clarasonic at first because this can also cause you to break out and make your skin sensitive so once you get use to the soap you can ease in the clarasonic or just use the clarasonic when you're not using the soap.MOST IMPORTANTLY!!!! ALWAYS MOISTURIZE!!! This bar of soap will dry out your skin hence working really well when you break out and getting rid of the acne or pimples. As long as you moisturize after using this bar of soap you will be good and it will still get rid of them break outs. For me personally, I don't break out until that time of the month is near and this does the trick. I also have super dry skin already so after using this, I would use palmer's coca butter oil on my face (I literally drench my face in this face oil lol) and then put on my moisturizer. Lastly, I also use this morning and night and with my clarasonic every other day, as well as on the rest of my body when I shower.

This soaaaap works! Howeveeeer, i have Not learned how to keep the results ? Anybody? I lather it up and let it sit on the problem areas then rinse. I found it to be more affective than using regularly. Cleanses really good, helps brighten and keeps skin tight. On the down side it is very drying! You need to moisturize after. And might not be for sensitive skin- it sometimes tingles.- Also, i used It for my back and thighs —— when washing off it does go all down your legs. My legs have been so white 😂😂😂 i was so shocked then realized why.

I rated it 5 stars because it works. It faded dark spots and helped tremendously with my KP (keratosis Pilaris). I have it on my legs and elbows and it's not totally clear yet but I've seen a great improvement and with continued use it has gotten better. When applying it on my body I use an exfoliating glove, on my face I use my hands. The soap lifts layers of dead skin off so expect to look just a little lighter, it's nothing major. You may experience peeling/micro peeling, that's normal. It's just dead skin.I would also recommend using a sunscreen to cut down on any possible sun burn. I know kojic acid is natural but it's still an acid and can burn you just like glycolic and salicylic acids. I burned my décolletage a little. If you do burn yourself, I would recommend not applying it to the affected area for about 3 days. After that it should be fine but wait the length of time that feels good for you. After 3 days I cautiously apply the soap to the burned area and after a few days it began to fade. I would also recommend using a good moisturizer after showering.The bars are kind of small. I use it once a day on my body and twice (morning and night) on my face and one bars lasts me about 4/5 days. Once a bar is small enough I just press it into the new bar and that way I don't lose any.This is my second order (six bars come in each order) and I will definitely continue to use this soap, it's been a great help in clearing up my embarrassing skin condition and improved the overall look of my skin.P.S.The merchant is very diligent in orders out in a timely manner. It ships super fast, I have no complaints.
