Wireless Autofill

Great product. No more turning on the pool fill valve and forgetting that it is on and overfilling the pool. I've had the Level Smart system installed for a little over a month now and it works great. Initial set up was a little confusing but once you get the hang of how it works, it's simple and straight forward. Had a question or two about the product and called them company and they were very helpful and informative. The only problem I could see with this product is that if you did have a leak in your pool, you may not realize it because the Level Smart keeps filling the pool whenever the water level gets too low. It would be great if this product had a feature where it created a log or record of when it turns on so you can actually see how often your pool is being filled. This would eliminate the problem of not recognizing a pool leak right away. However, even without this feature I love the product and highly recommend it.

I purchased this device as part of my spa installation. At best, it functioned as advertised 50% of the time. Several times it has not turned off and overflowed the spa when I wasn’t home. The company in Hawaii rarely answers the phone or returns emails. I finally removed it and replaced it with a $50 irrigation timer valve.

Perfect from ordering to operation. I called the company after placing the order on Amazon (it was cheaper on Amazon), the actual engineer who created this product answered the phone, reassured me of when it would arrive and he kept his promise, I got it in two days. I had a question during the install, was able to get the engineer on the phone again. He was kind, patient and expert. This was exactly the solution I needed. The water line to my autofill cracked under the concrete, it could not be fished. Faced with the prospect of having to drag the hose over to fill the pool, I came up with this solution. I converted my vacuum line to instead deliver water into the pool. I installed this sensor inside the old autofill area. I installed the receiver/controller and the included valve in the pool equipment area. Now when the water level drops in the pool, this device automatically sends water in to restore the level. It installed in 30 minutes, worked perfectly right away. It is well engineered and well built. There are others out there that make wired systems, but I had no way to get wire to the pool. This wireless system works perfectly and is invisible. Also, the wireless range is very strong, no problem going around the backyard to the side yard at all, and if you do, they will send you a longer antenna cable.

If you own a pool you need one of these, I added a water meter in line so I can see how much water the pool is using and make sure you install a check valve to keep pool water from entering the water source" waited a year to buy because of a bad review all I can say is I wish I bought it sooner!

Wouldn't connect, no response from seller had to initiate a charge back for them to respond. Finally refunded.

This is a little more in depth of an install than your typical “sets on the side of the pool” $50-$100 leveler that uses a toilet valve type setup. I had one of those and it cost me $1000 in a water bill when it got stuck open. With the water bill, I should have bought this first.However, you get what you pay for. This thing is completely out of sight rather than appearing as an afterthought.If you’re not good with plumbing, you’ll want to get a plumber or have some fun with it. It’s relatively simple to install. You’ll need some adapters if you’re going to use a garden hose, but that’s a cheap stop at Lowe’s or Hole Depot.Once it’s installed, set up is a breeze.

I’ve had this auto filler installed for about 5 months now and its been working great so far. It works exactly as described. A couple of months in and it seemed to have forgotten the set-level but it was an easy re-set with the supplied magnet. At first, I thought the hard coded 7-minute feed timer would be an issue, but using the adjustable valve I was able to set it to feed just the right amount of water in the 7-minute period. I would highly recommend this unit.
