I bought these to do a quick trim at home as a unqualified beautician. They worked very well for me and were easy to use. They felt light in the hand, yet heavy enough to move well. Everyone was right about these very affordable hair cutting scissors. They are the bomb...that's exactly what I said after I cut the back of my hair to a short inverted bob. They worked extremely well and gave me an awesome cut. Thank you everyone who reviewed them and thank you to the vendor for the good pricing. My other scissors that are for non hair cutting work very different.

So far, so good! The scissors are sharp and comfortable to use. the grip on the inside makes them easier to hold, which is useful since the top is sharp. The sharp end is great for cutting bangs (especially compared to kitchen scissors), and seems like it would be good for non-hair uses as well. I got these because I cut my own hair, and heard that using dull scissors can cause split ends, no word on the impact on that front!
