I've had this for a few weeks and it's so much fun. Definitely challenging but probably my most use gym equipment now. Happy with this purchase too cos the quality is outstanding.

I bought this bike on a Black Friday Deal and because of the low price in comparison to other air bikes out there I was a bit sceptical that it would be of high quality. I needn't have worried because it is a very sturdy but easy to assemble piece of kit.The only issues with building this bike are that the diagrams are small and overly complicated and the English is poor.Another negative was that although the components were very well protected in the box there were a number of scuffs and scratches on the metal and plastic parts. Nothing too serious but a pristine machine would have been nice.The seat is very easily adjusted for both height and distance to the handlebars. As for comfort it is fine for short sessions but I have added extra padding as I have found myself using the bike longer than I initially anticipated.I have also found that I have a tendency to force my feet off the pedals and so I fitted some feet cages.Being an air bike the resistance builds the harder you pedal and you can build up a fair amount of resistance and the operation does feel very smooth . The machine is very stable in use and the noise level is fairly low.Another niggle is the display is supposed to be backlit. All I can say is, if so, it is very dim and when the light levels are low in the room it can't be seen. The console is easy to use though and pairs easily with my Polar Heart Rate Monitor. Unfortunately it reads way too high a figure so I will rely on my phone which I am happy gives an accurate pairing to the Polar belt.When I bought this bike I thought I would probably restrict the time spent peddling to about 20 minutes and then move on to my other machines but I have found it is getting much more use than that (up to an hour of steady state) and I also find it fantastic for high intensity interval training (HIIT) using the Custom setting . I find that I can really push my heart rate up to a good 90% of peak .Overall, despite some negatives, I am very pleased with the machine and am happy to have it in my exercise room. It was the last piece of kit I can fit in and it was the least expensive (by some margin) but it is as well built as my other machines and I'm sure it will last the course. In fact , if I could only have one piece of equipment, this would be it.My satisfaction with this bike is much higher than anticipated.
