These Depend FIT-FLEX Incontinence Underwear are remarkable. My husband and I are the caretakers of his father who jas Alzheimer's and constantly soils his pants. Until recently, we could not get him wear anything but his regular underwear. Every day became a battle to keep him clean. He would soil his pants multiple times a day. The laundry was endless with all the clothes, also every day there was a mountain of linens to be washed from the previous night. Well after the doctor a changed his meds, he finally let us put these on him. WOW, these have made our lives so much easier.The Depends disposable underwear are perfect for our needs. They are super absorbent and hold a lot. They have elastic uppers that are flexible to move with you without the extra bulk of most adult diapers. They absorb fast and controls leakage well, due to the underwear-like waistband and brief-like leg openingsI highly recommend these to anyone that incontinence problems.

Good protection, giving a feeling of security whenever I leave home. When I have to go it is often on short notice so I must be prepared for whatever occurs. They will absorb an incredible amount with very little risk of leakage. However they may feel a bit uncomfortable, especially in warm weather. They will absorb perspiration and develop an unpleasant aroma even if not subjected to their intended purpose. But in view of the alternative, they're worth it. It's an unpleasant condition but it is reality for many of us, and this is as good a solution as I know of.

I am very pleased with this product. They fit my husband well and are comfortable to him as well as protecting him during the day.

This is the only product we have found that really comfortably takes care of my husband's incontinence. He has been adding a "shield" inside of the underwear but may not need to much longer as he gets stronger and more mobile. The "no frills" bulk package of 52 is a real money saver.

These pants are very comfortable and retain urine extremely well without feeling wet. The sizing, however, is an issue. Although it is advertised as for up to 350 lb man, I weigh 265 but am short and the waist is too small so I cannot get the pants up as high as I would like. It still works for me because I only use them at night. I could never, however, wear them during the day walking around. They would not stay up.

so, someone swittched out my order for 52 each of these pads for a 38 pack in subscriptions, WTF?THE WAISTBAND ALSO WAS DIFFFERENT,! Instead of the tight narrow band, a larger, looser band had been substituted. Sagging starts immediately. I switched my subscription back to the 52 pack, and pray the old style waistband is back on the supply. The 38 pack has Frenchadvertising an 120% increase in number...And of course DEPENDS changed the waistband to their new high top, which allows sagging unless you capture the damn thing with tight trouser belt I really preferred the older waist band, model 3663901 is superior with an actual waist band over 3670800 which they are shipping now. I can rarely get ten steps without having the stop and pull these diapers up. Looking for an alternative.
