Are the lids magnetic?

No, they are not magnetic, but they fit perfectly as not to fall off when unwanted!! Definitely a well constructed salt & pepper set!!! I do recommend this this set highly!!

The grinders are not working as they should, just spins and no pepper comes out.

When you remove the top lid you should see a little white turning device. This device turns to give you the grind you want. Once you have that determined flip the entire shaker over and so that the salt or pepper can be released by using a twisting motion. The salt/pepper should come out. Hopefully my answer helps.

Does the logo come off on the glass?

It is not a sticker. In order to answer this question, I gently ran my nail across it a few times to see if it would easily come off. My nail did not catch on it, and it did not seem like it was going to easily peel off. I did not try very hard to get it off.

The inner and outer parts of the grinder just spin together, they don't oppose so they don't grind at all. What am I doing wrong?
