Latta Green Tea, Lemon Balm Kombucha

I'm new to Kombucha and decided to get these based on the fact they were 8oz and the product seemed to be the most potent on the market. I loved the fact that they are raw, kosher, gluten free and USDA certified organic. The packaging was apealing in that it didn't seem main stream marketed which told me the company makes a potent batch and wasn't too big. I like when companies are small because they are trying to build their clientele and if the reviews are good when the company is small then they are off to a great start vs when companies become more commercialized. I feel when companies become more commercialized they tend to start changing the original formula to save money, sell in bulk to the masses to profit more. I didn't feel that with this product.I purchased these after doing research on various kombucha products and feel I hit the bulls eye on finding the perfect product from the onset. I have to be honest I'm a person who loves the smell and experience when I taste a drink with carbonation. I am also an occasional beer drinker so the smell that comes from the bottle when you first open it is actually quite appealing to me affording me to connect with the product. I also love, love the taste. It has the perfect amount of carbonation vs flavor to bring a balanced experience. The green tea is the only one I've tried and I absolutely love it. It's small enough to finish & a great alternative to soda. It cleans out my tummy and helps to keep me regular. I eat relatively healthy but also feel this has helped to boost my cleansings helping me to feel light and clean.The 2nd bath I ordered was a bit more bland and tasted watered down. I contacted the company and got an immediate reply from Michael who was amazing @ educating me on why different batches may vary in flavor. He explained that since the product is made with Pilsner water it does create a more smooth taste but can also be flat. If you want a more tasty and carbonated drink make sure you request that in a note to the seller or you may get what ever phase that product is depending on how long it's been on the shelf. It still wasn't clear to me if the newer batches are sweeter or the latter so I'll have to confirm that with Michael who is very responsive.Either way Michael sent me a free case with my favorite batch & I was so pleased with it. Unless something better comes out on the market. I'm a customer for life. I feel this product has a quality that isn't matched.Warning though. If you take it in public or to a gathering you'll have multiple people ask you what you're drinking which is a perfect opportunity to give back to the company by plugging them. I even busted out samples for a few people who said they would be purchasing the product to try it out.Thank you for your time in reading this. I've recently been trying to increase my intake and probiotics and had seen Kombucha tea was a great way to do this. So naturally Amazon here I come.... and came upon this product. Now my thinking is carbonated tea... okay I can like this....BUT wait... it's not just that. I didn't know how to categorize this flavor when I first tasted it. I think my first reaction was it smelled and tasted like beer but it has a sweet (not too sweet) side. So I finished the bottle and the next day had another and the next day had another. I LOVE THIS STUFF!!!! You absolutely get hooked on it. I have not tried other version of Kombucha so I don't know what to compare it to therefore I can't say this is the BEST out there. I purchased the lemon and it has not arrived. I purchased the Green Tea and it did come and it's very good. I since have repurchased the green tea and the original black tea. Have not tried that yet.UPDATE: 3/14/2016. I've now tried the Green tea, black tea and Lemon balm. They are all good but I have to say green tea is my favorite. Now about the price. I recant my statement that this is expensive. I think it's in the ballpark of others or slightly cheaper. Because compared to GTs Kombuch and others that are very high priced like $3.33/16 oz.in my health food stores (but even higher on Amazon 5.34/bottle). so to sum up... I like this product and I'd recommend to those wanting to try Kombucha either for health or just the uniqueness of this drink :)I have it especially when I get hungry before it's time to eat. It curbs the appetite. It's also something different than water which I drink a lot of. I think it's slightly on the expensive side ($1.99/ 8 oz)HOWEVER, so are the other kombucha tea that come made on Amazon. I have tried to find kombucha tea in my health food stores with no luck. I have to try Whole Foods and Trader Joes? I've thought about making my own but for now... I'll keep buying and enjoying this wonderful product.

I love green tea and I love kombucha. This combination? Not so much. There's hardly any green tea flavor; the taste was vinegary. It doesn't have the strong fizz that I like in other brands of kombucha (notably Synergy brand). The description is false - it says 2 grams of sugar, the label says 9 grams. Quite a difference, and 9 grams is a LOT of sugar for 8 ounces. Lastly, the price - NOT a good value. I thought I was ordering 16 oz. bottles, my bad, as the description does say 8 oz. bottles and I just missed that. But kombucha normally comes in 14 - 16 oz. bottles for the same price. $2.90 for an 8 oz. bottle is way too much. I will drink this, as it's drinkable, at least. Just not great, and certainly not worth the price. I will not be ordering this again.

Tastes great, not too strong, and I like the the size but won't buy again. There are 2 servings in the 15 ouncers I usually drink and sometimes they go flat before I finish it off. One thing that makes me want to wag my finger is that I can find no recycling symbol on the bottles. If you can, let readers know. If not, that's a deal breaker for me and why I wouldn't buy again.Buyers Tip - I drink a lotta "bucha" which is a costly-refreshing-gut-loving-bubbly beverage experience. Although I love Amazon and they receive 50% of my income, online bucha is way too 'spensive . Example - GT Multi-Green 15.2 oz (my fav) is $3.50 where I live, but over $4.50 - $6 online. Just sayin'.....if you like having it delivered, you are most definitely payin' for the pleasure.

The taste is O.K. But I found better taste and much better price in Costco. This one class cost $4!! made in Check republic, as USA made cost $1.25. It is a big different. As in taste? I like our better.

I heard about the health benefits of kombucha on Shark Tank and was intrigued. Did some research and decided to try this tea. I like it! It has a bit of a gingery carbonated taste, but full of probiotics. It's a different ice tea taste, but a good one!
