How do you stretch a leather hat with the expandable velcro band on the back?

Loosen the Velcro band and stretch just like any other hat 🤗🤗

Is it made in the USA?

I'm not sure but it works great. I wash work hats 1 to 2 times a week and this keeps them from shrinking. A little dawn and brush in shower cleans that and doesn't wear it out

Does this actually work?

Worked well for me, you will need to stretch it a couple times for it to stay, and the included brush is actually very nice.
