Love this zinc. Great to use.

I started taking these the past couple months. I never really had a diagnosis or issue that I was ever really aware of but always felt like there was something missing. I had just done some research on copper being good for immunity,blood and overall wellness and needed a certain ratio of zinc to balance that. Out of all the supplements ive tried and taken, these were the only ones ive seen a notable difference in my nails and health. My nails used to break off easy and we're always thin and weak even when taking multivitamins. Ive never had such long strong nails! Which tells me that this is def being absorbed and is working in my body. Ive done some serious labor tasks and no nail breakage even at this nail length. Thats insane for me lol! Also I've noticed my immunity has also wildly improved. We've had multiple outbreaks of coworkers getting sick in the office and I've somehow dodged it all which has never been possible for me before. I've always eat balanced and healthy and this is the only supplement ive been taking the past few months so I think this is what's actually making a difference. Balance seems to be the key 🔑

I had recently been diagnosed with Hashimoto's Thyroiditis at 46 years of age. I am an extremely health conscious woman and I exercise a lot. (Crossfit, Stairmaster, Running, Olympic Lifting) I have had lifelong symptoms (tiredness, irregular long periods, headaches, depression) that had recently become worse far, far worse. I was getting 11 hours of sleep per night and still needed Rockstars and naps to function. I was almost suicidal. I needed to troubleshoot this issue before having to take Synthroid. I studied all the deficiencies that I thought might be causing Hashimoto's and systematically found that THIS was lacking. After 8-12 days of taking this supplement (along with all my other supplements) I found myself sleeping first 9, then 8 hours per night. My cystic ACNE cleared up. My periods had been extremely LONG and HEAVY with clots for the last 15 years and recently I had my first 3-day period I've had since my teens. My face was apparently swollen as I was told my face looked less swollen. My recent EXTREME GLUTEN sensitivity waned. The constant and painful goiter pretty much went away. After 2 weeks, I am still following a gluten free diet and taking all the other supplements, but I BELIEVE that I may have solved most of the Hashimoto's symptoms. Still undecided on taking the Synthroid. The skies have opened up. Yeah!

I’m impressed with this supplement. As we all know zinc can make the ole stomach pretty upset but this one doesn’t and I have one sensitive gut. Also, I’m a total baby when I get sick and am pretty scared of getting any crud. I rarely ever get sick and I’m attributing this supplement to this. It’s pretty inexpensive, too.

Incredible company! I never write reviews but I have too. First thing I bought from Solaray was Vit D & k2 and immediately felt the effects! Felt a change in my mood right away. Then this is the second supplement and wow ! It is so powerful that I must be deficient in iodine or something because I was formerly taking a zinc supplement from another company but did not feel this good. This brand is the real deal, you can immediately notice their stuff working ! Just ordered my third supplement from them which is magnesium glycinate! I’m Switching over from another brand as I feel the effect are not the best on the one I’m currently taking ! Very excited to switch to Solaray for that as well!
