Very good fryer

This thing is amazing. We got it because we could use it if we lose power, as the gas stove still works. It deep fries so well that we now use it all the time. It has a thermostat that is easily monitored. It does a GREAT job. I wish I’d bought it years ago!!

I would have given it 5 stars but the drain grill is a little bit flimsy. Overall it’s great for making deep fried foods, especially TONKATSU, TEMPURA, and KARAAGE. The pot can also be used as a NABE hotpot which I used it for as well. The handy thermometer great too, great design and well thought out.

I grew up in Japan and am familiar with Celsius. So the thermometer that came with this was perfect to make Japanese chicken Karaage. If you want to use a thermometer with Fahrenheit, I am sure you can use it as long as its stem is not too long. This is very lightweight which makes it easy to handle but has enough capacity to hold good amount of oil. Washing was super easy as well. Deep and curved side prevents spatters and the lid helps oil to heat up quickly. Also it has a spout (a tiny bent) which makes pouring oil easy and clean. Love it.

I'm only giving 3 stars because of the style concept (no mess) but I have serious doubts about the quality. Admittedly I took a while before using it, but I wish I hadn't so I could return it. After one use one of the handle screws came off. Not sure what happened to it because I didn't notice until I started washing it. I'm happy I didn't pick the pan up while the oil was still hot. I think I will look for another because the frying was lovely

I bought a 9.4 inch pot and it is a pefect size for a family of 5. You can easily fit 8-10 egg rolls at a time. It doesn’t stick on the pot and works for induction cooking top are big plus. Cleaning is easy and the price is reasonable for its quality. The thermometer helps you monitor temperatures that you want to maintain so no more wondering! Over all I like this product.

I saw this pot demonstrated on a tic tok video and thought it looked so handy. I ordered one and have given it a try for six months. My complaint is not with the pan but with the lid. The lid falls into the oil every time I try to use it. Impossible to lift the lid and set the food on the rack to let the oil drain off. The lid needs to be secured with metal snaps or have a handle on the lid so that you can hold it in place while using the lid. I do like the pot it is thin but it does a great job frying food and I am able to cook the food just fine in it.

Love it. Right size for family of 3, use last night to fried chicken 🍗, oh my god beautiful brown, crispy skin, moist and tender. And you have the top lid to laid your chicken pieces on to drain remain grease and add bonus for me was thermometer 🌡 for food to make sure youhave the right cooking 🍳 temperature. Again loving it 😍

もっと、早く買えばよかった、使いやすいです。 ただ鍋に焦げステンレス目立ちます。けれど100均の重曹パウダーできれいになりました。

コンパクトなサイズで収納しやすく使いやすい。 油がはねないので食卓テーブルで揚げながら使えるからおいしく食べられる。

A great find. Use it for cooking battered fish on the stovetop. Heats up quickly and cleans up easy. Comes with a great lid and a thermometer for easy temp control Perfect size.
