Works Great!
I’m not sure if my hair is any thicker or is growing any faster, but it feels softer and it’s easier to get my comb through it. I like it a lot and the “sulfate free” part is critical, because I’m allergic to sulfates. I also have high hopes for the biotin. Highly Recommend!

Okay but not as smooth as I expect
I've been using the MAJESTIC PURE Biotin Conditioner for Hair Loss, and I'm thrilled with the results it has delivered in terms of volume and thickness. My hair feels noticeably fuller and healthier after using it regularly.However, I did notice that while my hair gained volume, it didn't feel as smooth as I had anticipated. Although it's designed for thickening and volumizing, a bit more emphasis on maintaining a silky texture could have been beneficial.Despite this, I'm still pleased with the positive effects on my hair's overall appearance. If you're aiming for added volume and thickness, this conditioner is worth a try, just keep in mind the trade-off with smoothness.

This has definitely helped the scalp and hair. In its texture has smoothed out and just looks shiny and natural.

Not the quality I was use to
I have been purchasing this conditioner for a couple of years and absolutely loved it. This last order was very different. The bottle looked a little different and the actual conditioner was much thinner. The original one I order definitely help with the thickness of my hair. I may try again and see if I get the "good product" and if not I'll return it.

Conditioner was damaged
The conditioner was damaged before it was put in the box. Like there was no pump ever. Not broken during shipping. Huge mess. I don't even know how to return the item without making a huge mess.
