Pumpkin seed extract is generally used in 4% concentrations whereas pumpkin seed oil is used as a whole ingredient. I use Pumpkin Seed Oil from Now... it takes 3 pills for me to stay dry even if I cough or sneeze.

They don't expire as far as I know. We keep them in the fridge.

Is the soft gel gelatin bovine or pork?

On their website it says it’s both kosher and halal, meaning it’s bovine and not derived from pork.

Why is it more expensive to buy a 2 pack than 2 single bottles? one 100 caplet botte is 7.22 and two is 19.95? That is 5 dollars more!!!
