Honestly, i would go with your normal us size, make sure to measure yourself though! Go closest to your measurements and if you want it sleeker and tighter go a size down. If you just go with your normal size the back does have alot of room and so do the arms and legs, the breats area is a lil snug but SUPER STRETCHY, so going a size down could work :-)

Q: Does the zipper zip below the crotch and around to the back for easy bottom opening?

Yes. It can unzip from the front or the back.
