This jacket does everything it says lightweight and packable. Kept me warm on cold days went cycling . It even performed well in a slight drizzle.

I was in the market for a lightweight down jacket for my wife - she wanted something warm, but not bulky like a parka or coat. This got tons of great reviews and Amazon had it on sale, so we got it try.So far, so good. Incredibly lightweight - Easy to throw on, easy to pack, keeps her warm enough without bulk, and fits well under a shell if needed. She did initially feel like it looks kind of like a trash bag because the fabric has a shine, but she got used to it.I was concerned about durability because she had issues with tearing holes in a patagonia lightweight down jacket, and the fabric seems thinner, so again *knock on wood* no issues so far.Frankly I think the retail price tag is a bit high, definitely worth it if you can find it on sale, but the weight to warmth ratio is outstanding
