Another great Nordic ware pan! Very thick, will not bend at all. My wife uses this for brownies a lot.

I've used this pan many times since I purchased it, and it is still in excellent shape. It works well when I make brownies. I love the cover that keeps the contents fresh. I'm happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new square pan.

Solid quality

I love this pan! It is perfect for fudge, corn casserole, cakes, veggies—just about anything you would make in a smaller quantity than a 9X13 pan. It is great to store food in and has a plastic lid that fits perfectly. Very pleased with this product A+ purchase!

I purchased two of these pans along with the larger size specifically for baking goodies that need a deep dish and these pans are just perfect! My review is for both of these items. It is made of pure aluminum which has superior heat conductivity allowing goods like cakes and brownies to rise and bake evenly. These pans are perfect for everyday use, and the lids make it easy for transporting items like brownies for school bake sales or sports events. My lids are all still fully intact but I mostly use them at home for storing left over brownies on the counter. Clean up is also quick and easy; I simply hand wash with hot soapy water. What I love most about these pans are how deep they are (about 2.5 inches), allowing you to make large quantities of food especially for casseroles (potatoes gratin, macaroni and cheese), especially when you don't feel like pulling out your fancy breakable ceramic dish! I have even used it for ribs and roasting whole chicken! Overall I highly recommend these pans. They are perfect for everyday use and made right here in the United States. Grade A+

Nice pan. Lids doesn't securely fit. Sits loose.

If you're using pyrex, stoneware, steel or corningware for baking you're doing it wrong. These pans are the only way to go for even cooking, easy release, light weight and durability.

Performs great, even heating, easy clean up, and the cover is a big bonus. Love it.

I really like this pan. It is heavy duty. It evenly distributes the heat. It takes slightly longer to bake things through, but I knew that would be the case as it is a light coloured pan rather than a dark one. It cleans up easily. I have rediscovered a love of baking during the pandemic, so the bit higher price point was worth it to me to have a higher quality pan. I first bought this brand and model in a 9x13 inch version. I liked it so much, I now have it also in the 9x9 and 8x8 inch version as well.
