I put these inside of boots and I felt taller, with longer legs!!! I made me want to wear boots all of the time. I want to point out that the boots I used tied on top. That was nice because if there were a narrow toe area, i don't think they would have worked as well.

It does its job, make you taller. However, its claim to have memory foam cushion, but it's very hard cushion and hurt my feet. Walking around with this a couple hour my feet starting to get really ached and sour. I wish the memory foam was better and of higher quality, but I guess you pay for what you get.

I love these! I put them in a pair of heels that I have enjoyed wearing for a long time, but recently I have felt them wearing thin and I have been unable to wear them comfortably for longer than a couple of hours. These are comfortable and all you have to do is cut them to size, to customize them. My feet don't get as tired anymore with one of my favorite pairs of shoes. Try it! You'll see!!!
