This has become a staple in our kitchen and a regular reorder. The coarse flakes have a clean, pure taste that really enhances food without being overly salty. It’s perfect for seasoning steaks, roasting vegetables, and even finishing dishes. I like that it’s non-iodized, non-GMO, and made in the USA, it feels like a higher-quality option compared to standard table salt. The 12oz lasts quite a while, but we always end up restocking because it’s become our go-to. If you cook often and want a simple way to upgrade your dishes, this is worth keeping on hand.

I plan to continue purchasing this salt as long as I can afford it. When salt is the only seasoning you use, the taste is really noticeable. It's also wonderful to know that this salt has some of the lowest levels of lead and other heavy metals, compared to other brands. I saw one reviewer complained about finding a dead spider in their salt. I'd rather not have a spider in my salt at all, but I would much rather have a dead spider in my soul than heavy metals. Taste is excellent, clean and pure and tested negative for heavy metal contamination which is the main reason I buy it...despite being a bit pricey. It costs what it costs and I'm ok with that because of the quality.

Get you some of this salt! This salt is superb in flavor! We are a family that cooks (and eats) often, and all agree that the depth of flavor is fantastic! It's not a crazy salty salt, it's a salt that really enhances the flavor of your dish, adding a layer of depth. Even a chef family member was super impressed. And I absolutely love that you know exactly where it is harvested from, Netarts Bay on the Oregon Coast. Will definitely buy again, even though it's a bit on the pricier side.

Love this salt. Only salt we use for my toddler knowing it’s approved to be low heavy metals but it’s much cheaper buying it directly on the website which is why I gave it 4 stars. Ended up just going and buying a 4 pack on the Jacobson website. Overall great salt though we love it
