Solid monitor stand
It’s a very solid monitor stand. It adjusts reasonable easy. The tensioned arm seems to hold its position as I set it. I am moving my monitor between 2-3 settings throughout my day. So it’s either folded in and above my laptop but tilted a little downward, pulled forward and floating just above my laptop not tilted down, or pulled out at full extension and turned 90° and lowered just below the laptop (positioning my laptop camera to be lined up with the lower frame of my monitor), and tilted down more because I’m seated farther away than usual. The only drawback is adjusting the vertical position. It’s basically a fixed position because you need to use the Allen wrench to loosen the slide up/down. Which is difficult with the monitor installed. So, estimating the upper and lower limits you expect to need, and setting the vertical height to meet those needs, it’s all good. I feel it has a lot of space to move up or down to rotate my ultra wide monitor however I like. But my monitor is not particularly large. Just ultra wide.I have my rolling mini desk tucked into a tight alcove of space. So the monitor stand is fixed to the back-middle of my tiny desk. And the back is rolled up against the wall. This keeps the arm from folding all the way, and moving the “elbow” directly behind the post. This doesn’t bother me as I want my monitor to be closed to me face. But thought I should point that out if you want to push the monitor back a ways.I also wish the mounting plates had handles to grip to push or tilt the monitor with a sense of safety. I’d rather move the strong connecting piece than my lightweight monitor houses in plastic to set position. That said, bang for the buck is good. And it looks nice. Feels nice. Works as expected.

Awesome Monitor Mount
This is a great monitor for the price. It's sturdy, relatively simple to assemble, and can be adjusted to different heights and positions. It holds my 24" monitor just fine, doesn't wobble or sink and is just an overall great product.

BETTER THAN I THOUGHT!!
I really enjoy my Monitor Mount from ErGear! It came well in packaging, and everything felt very sturdy when I began assembling. I am currently using the monitor mount and have enjoyed it thoroughly. It is very easily movable, and doesn't take too much work too put together and move around my desk space. I love the extra feature embedded into the mount so that I can hide unwanted cords for a seamless and clean look. The only reason I gave this product 4 stars is because the instructions are bit hard to follow, and the stand itself does lean a little because of the weight of my monitor (it could be that my monitor is too heavy, but I thought that this mount held 19lbs).Overall great product for the price! Thank you ErGear!

Works as advertised, even upside down
I looked at a lot of these before buying, and this one is an excellent value for the money. I use it to keep my Wacom tablet out of the way when I'm not using it. Thus I have it mounted on the edge of my desk facing down, not exactly as it seems designed to be used, but it still works well in this configuration. The adjustable spring arm makes on-the-fly repositioning easy, and the grip on the desk is suitably firm.

Easy to assemble and holds securely
Six months ago, I purchased a different brand, paid much more, and never could get it to work. So, when I saw this for half the price, I purchased it thinking that it might do the job but I wouldn't be out much if it didn't. I was wrong. This monitor mount arm is perfect to hold my computer monitor at an easy-to-see height and it is well built. I was able to install it completely by myself, including placement of the monitor. Easy to maneuver and had a cord management system that tucks wiring discreetly out of the way. More importantly, good quality control means that all of the parts worked right out of the box and I have absolutely no regret about taking a chance on this arm. In fact, I just ordered a second one to hold a television set in a guest bedroom.

Installation
It took me a while to install because it was the first time for me and I was installing it myself. It held up my screen nicely and seems to be sturdy ( I don't move it around much). The only issue is the instructions booklet. Personally, I just feel like some of the step should be in a different order. I kinda of followed the steps up to the middle portion. Where it make you have the arm connected to the stand, then attach the screen (If you have someone helping, it should be no problem). But since it was just me, I connect the arm to the screen, then the stand. There's only 1 plastic part which is the cord organizer that it came with. You should install it before you attach the screen to the arm part. Or else your gonna install it in an awkward position.

Look No Further
I already had a double monitor stand that I use for 2 static monitors and I wanted one that can be moved around more freely without adjusting screws or anything like that. This was the answer. I opted for the C-Clamp version since I didn’t want to drill a hole through my desk, and am happy to say it is very secure, not a single worry thinking it may fall, topple over, or give out. This thing is solid but the monitor freely moves about however you’d like. Make sure the read the instructions, especially towards the end when adjusting the tension in the arm. That’s the key to having it move freely but stay still when you want it to.

Works as expected
My last computer monitor arm wasn't counter-weighted or whatever it's called, so I didn't understand how the monitor arm worked at first, and the documentation wasn't great. Anyway, one Youtube video later, and I was in much better shape. It's not easy to get the balance right, but once you do, it's pretty good. The thing tried to go back up once on me, but since then, all had been fine. It's been about a month now.Anyway, I'd buy another one, especially now that I know how they work. It attached easily, seems stable on the desk, and has my monitor where I want it. Can't ask for much more.Option to use clamp (my choice) or a long screw that goes through the desk/table.
