This little thing gets hot also fits two people okay

Not good at all
When just plugged in will begin to deflate slowly after 15 hours or so.honestly only felt like 4 people were farting underwater. No jet power worth any benefits. SMH.

Surprisingly amazed..but
The media could not be loaded. Got this for my son who plays football and is 6'4 300 lbs was a little worried for the blow up thing .. but for the price ... the set up was less than 20 min and then the fill up was ready for water in less than an 30 mins . Only thing i see thats a flaw is u cant see the pannel in sunlight even if u try to cover it up to read it ..like when setting start temperature. But other than that... this thing would be so convenient if your a hot tub person ..just deflate it roll it up and away u go . ...but it does take a whole day to heat to 104. Sadly after having it up for 3 days i am sad to report that it isnt as awesome as i had hoped . It slowly started to deflate and the heater sucks. So back it went to the manufacturer. So ..... least i can say i tried it

Wouldn't buy from this company!
This item didn't come with all the parts. Didn't even have the plugs to keep the water in the hot tub.The manufacturer will not reasoned to email or phone.

Heater stopped working after 6 months
I purchased this hot tub in March 2021. Six months later, the heater stopped working entirely. Now when you press the heater button, the bubbles turn on. It seems like some type of electrical fuse issue, but I donât know what to do. Will the manufacturer help resolve this issue please?

filter and drain
I really like the spa but there is a problem. The drain tube was not connected under the spa so when I drained it it flooded underneath. While hooking the tube up I noticed there was a kink almost closing the filter tube and it was filled with gunk. I tried to squeeze it back round again but did not have much success. Would be nice if this could be fixed so that the filtration would be better. Thankyou Georgia

Incomplete.
It was missing parts. I've returned it and am awaiting a refund that doesn't seem to be coming.
