How many twists come in each pack??

It all depends on how much you separate the one

Do we need to wash hair before we used it

You should but this hair isn't the best of quality. I wouldn't

Is this kankelon type hair?

Yes and it seemed to tangle and got fuzzy within 2 weeks. Liked the style but hair is not good quality. I will never purchase again

This thing say 22 roots but I see someome is saying there are only 12 roots please explain which is it?.

They maybe referring to how many hair comes in one pack. I can not remember the number for sure, but it's more than 12.
