What is the voltage on the power adapter?

just plug it into a 120V house receptacle.

I got the technical light issue one does the lights stay off or what ? I pay alot to not jave my tree light rhat

As long as the tree is plugged in the lights stay on as the colors change.

I can't figure out how to attach the Snowflakes! Can someone please inform me?

I had the same problem. Some went right on, most didn't. I had more problems with the base (not tapped well). You get what you pay for. Still a good looking tree.
