This vitamin (b3 - niacin) is doing all that I had hoped it would to help correct skin issues, nail issues, and hair issues. After 55, I developed both significant rosacea (on my face) & eczema (on my face and body) as well as hair falling out. Now my skin is clear - not perfect but very significantly improved: much less redness, no more of the incredibly distracting itching (that was to the point of drawing blood and causing scarring), no more scaling skin and my hair has stopped falling out and has grown noticeably thicker and healthier. My nails are the healthiest they have ever been; they are strong and I am able to grow them longer without pealing, ripping, and chipping. I cannot say enough positive things since I started taking this vitamin approximately 6weeks ago - for what it has added to my overall quality of life.

I have tried another brand that did nothing. Was not sure what the hype was about, however, wanted to try once more. I could tell immediately this was a much better quality just within focus and mental clarity and increase in energy. The daily recommended dose is 2 caps, however I only started with 1 and still noticed the difference. 10/10 will recommend on price/quantity as well as response!

They seem to be helping. We have only been taking these for a short time. They are a nice small pill easy to take. Value for the money is great. I am not sure about the energy level yet because we are moving.

Can’t say enough good things about Microingredients! This is high quality and I can feel it! It’s helped me reverse oxidative stress damage and I wouldn’t be alive without it.

Waiting for my next lipid test to see how well these are working. No side effects but they are a generous size and could be challenging to swallow for some.

Shame on me for thinking that those 400 capsules would get me through 400 days. I am sure the product is functionally the same as the bottles I buy from other vendors, but those vendors put 1000mg into one capsule, not two and they manage to be roughly the same size. I think that Micro Ingredients knows that people see the big 1000mg on the bag and miss the serving size on the back. Don't buy this product if you think you're getting 400 days because their serving size is two.
