Price wise item is good, but not a very standard product, not built for heavy duty, but useful for light to medium home workout, if budget is the issue, only then go for this item otherwise a No. More useful to ladies for home workout....

Nice. Strong. But flat.
The body is plastic, I think it's PVC. The grip is flat. Tested 4 plates of 2.5 x 2 + 5 x 2 (15kgs) per rod, and both holded well on bicep curls. Everyone here says threads are weak & will break. But I don't see that issue. But I can say the bolts are thin. Will use it frequently & update this review if something happens. Go for it. A suggestion for manufacturers. Please fatten the screw threads. It'll make the product more durable & also requires less screw rotations & the plates can be swapped easily & quickly.

Good product
Review after using for over a month. Good but small rod while gripping. No other issues including weight load and so on. Will take time changing weights like any other weight adjustable dumbbell.

Material plastic h. Par bure nahi h. Andar se solid h, hollow nahi. Choodiya plastic ki h to lagbhag 1-1.5 saal me this jayengi isliye jyada jor mat lagana nut kaste waqt. Nut ko pyar se kholna. Baaki koi dikkat nahi h. Price ke hisaab se perfect h
