If you suffer from poor sleep these are the answer, amazing. I’ve suffered horrendous sleep pattern for years, three of these and my nights sleep is deeper and I feel refreshed, I’ve been taking them for a few weeks and I cannot believe the outcome.

Ich nehme das Magnesiumglycinat 400mg nun seit einigen Wochen und bin bisher sehr zufrieden. Die Kapseln lassen sich leicht schlucken und haben keinen unangenehmen Nachgeschmack. Besonders gut gefällt mir die gut verträgliche Bisglycinat-Form. Seit ich das Produkt regelmäßig einnehme, habe ich den Eindruck, dass meine Muskelkrämpfe nach und nach seltener werden. Ob das ausschließlich am Magnesium liegt, kann ich natürlich nicht mit Sicherheit sagen, aber ich bin mit der bisherigen Entwicklung zufrieden. Die Kapseln vertrage ich sehr gut, auch mein Magen macht keine Probleme. Die Packung reicht lange und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist aus meiner Sicht gut. Ich würde das Produkt wieder kaufen.
