My cat really seems to enjoy Iams ProActive Health! She eats it eagerly and seems more energetic and healthy since we started feeding it. The kibble size is perfect for her, and I feel good knowing it has nutrients for overall health, including her coat and digestion. It’s affordable compared to other premium brands, and so far, she hasn’t had any stomach issues. Overall, a reliable and tasty option that I feel good giving to my cat.

So far so good. I switch from 4health, used it for almost 10 years. Both my previous cats had health issues and short lives so I wanted to try something else. My new cats are super excited to eat this food and their fur is so soft. This is what my mom fed our cats growing up and they had long, healthy lives so I'm hoping for the same.

It's a good, quality food. I prefer thus brand to others. I like to add a little Spirulina or add a small amount of a 50% dry protein to it. It stretches out the amount of food they eat and gives them a treat

My 2 cats Milo and Mindy who are 5 years old love this dry food. They no longer get hair balls and their coat is shiny and they have more energy! I give this cat food 5 stars!!

I’ve been happy with this IAMS Proactive Health dry cat food. My cat eats it without any trouble, which is always the main thing I look for with cat food. The 22 lb bag is a good size and lasts a while, especially if you have more than one cat or like to buy food in bulk. The pieces are a good size, and the chicken recipe seems to be one my cat likes. I also like that it feels like a good regular food option without being overly complicated. It works well as the main dry food, and I usually keep some available along with wet food. One thing I would mention is that every cat is different, so some may take to it better than others. If your cat has a sensitive stomach or special diet needs, it’s always worth checking the ingredients first or talking with your vet. Overall, I’d give it 5 stars. It’s a dependable dry cat food, the large bag is convenient, and my cat has been happy with it.

Great for the price and came pretty quickly compared to other options. Does the job for my adult cat an would recommend getting it if you’re unable to find it in person

Was looking for a better quality of food for my cat, he seemed to withdraw a bit after the sudden passing of his cat brother..so I gradually introduced this brand to his diet..have to say, hes gained weight( not that he over eats) but his body is actually using the nutrients provided in the food rather than just quickly pooping them out. Less junk and filler in the food, hence less poops because his body is keeping what it needs to grow and flourish...also his long coat has become more abundant and he's begun grooming himself. Overall a very happy cat and owner. Yes..I wrote alot..but it was worth it to me, hope hat it helps another cat parent!

Full disclosure: I have not tried this cat food myself. My cat has tried it though and he seems to like it. This isn't the best cat food available but it is a decent choice for the price point. I can't speak to how filling it might be compared to other brands because our adult kitty is new to us. He's a young cat and it quite energetic. Since he eats well and he is thriving, I'm assuming the food is good. I wish I knew where the ingredients were sourced, but the ingredients themselves aren't the absolute best. However, this is a decent compromise of value and nutrition. Our local SPCA uses this brand, and while it's because Iams donates it to them, I cannot fathom they'd feed something unsafe to their furry guests. The fact that Iams donates all the food the shelter needs is a plus for the brand.

We are now feeding our second cat (a true rescue) this food. Our first cat ate this her entire life and she lived to be 19 years old. She had a wonderful life and was completely healthy until just before she died. Now we are feeding Lou this food. He seems to love it as each time I look at his bowl, it is almost empty. I wanted to try Blue Wilderness food because I heard that it was good, but it was way too expensive. If Lou lives as good a life as my last little baby, I will be extremely happy. It's the animal's opinion that really matters and not my opinion. Lou loves it and WE would highly recommend!
