It doesn't really matter cause it was an expired product... i didn't care to returned was too disapointed ... very bad expetience for the 1st time since am using Amazon... a shame to be selling expired products .v

they send me one pouch instead of the box. when I read the instruction on the pouch stated that it is not allowed to sell individual pouch , its is part of multi pack box. I just opened only last week ,otherwise I will send it back. dye was good
