Easy to use, it brought my hair up to platinum first go. Although I have been lightening my hair for years and this product took no time at all! Only 20 minutes and my hair was icy white blonde with platinum undertones. My hair was silky smooth and soft n bouncy, with the added plex, there was no breakage or hair loss during the lightening process. I absolutely love this hair dye and would most definitely buy again!. You just saved me £90 - £110 going to the hairdresser for a much lesser than great result. Its a no brainer. I just pay for the cut bringing my quarterly hair Bill down buy 90%Thanks so much for this amazing product!!! I love it 😀

Always use this when needed

Exellent hair colour . Only thing I still needed was a conditioner . So I used a leave in one .. so if your hair is naturally dry . Use a conditioner.

ABSOLUTELY STINKS! Sadly these days you cannot seem to get any products anywhere that don't have added perfume in them and I've no idea why hair dye needs perfume in in the first place but I've used smart beauty for years (usually colours) and tend to be loyal to a brand, so I gave it to go. I've used the bleach kit in the past for my son when he wanted highlights and it had zero perfume in it and didn't have a smell, but the blonde dyes seem to have added perfume and they absolutely stink. Also did not cover any of my greys which is the main reason I got it :( Left it on for the full 45 minutes as well. Also, it did not come with a conditioner which I thought was odd for a blonde dye which is obviously damaging. It didn't really matter in my case because I was using my purple conditioner anyway to use as a toner but it's strange that a blonde hair dye doesn't come with conditioner? All in all very disappointed :( really miss their candy floss hair dye, it seems to be discontinued and replaced with pastel pink which is not the same. It is brighter and darker. Also never seem to be able to get the pastel lilac colour any anymore either. Maybe it it's time to find a new brand after all these years :/

Plex sell a friendly bleach that is meant to be a product that protects your hair . What aa absolute LIE !!All the reviews I read were mainly for coloured hair ie brown , red , black etc . The product showed and sold as for blonde hair and for it to be kind and protective of your hair .I have bleached my hair for many years and have never ever had a problem .This product was soo strong in peroxide , it made my eyes water and I found it difficult to take a breath ( despite the well ventilated area being used ) . I did DO a strand test and all was fine . As I started to use the product on my roots the burn was instant . I couldn’t bare the burn any longer and had to wash it off .. With this , I have been left with not only ginger roots but my hair was coming out in clumps when washing product out and then it to have blisters come up all over my scalp due to the burning . Even after washed out I still continued to develop blister and even more hair falling out .Below is a picture of just few brushes of my hair , despite what’s down the plug hole . I would give you a pic of the aftermath but I have been left humiliated and distraught from the effects of “ such a caring product “ . Sad to say not even a professional hairdresser would touch my hair due to the damage Plex has caused .This product should be recalled from market due to absolute damage to health .Never do you get a come back from product seller as they will always have an answer , the damage to me has been soul destroying and don’t have the confidence to fight any quality approved high flyer .There are many good hair product companies out there that I have used for years without any issues, never have I been chemically burned like i was with this product.Guess I’ll wait for my hair grow back so I can get back to normal life .The 1 star rating was because it wouldn’t let me proceed without one . IT IS A NO STAR RATING

Love the results. Nice color and very white. Had my roots very dark and now is all blonde. I recommend this color. Will buy it again to keep my blonde color without bleaching my hair

I have almost 100 white, but my hair turns yellow due to styling hot iron.This product takes out most of the yellow, the few dark hair I have gets decoloredNo damage to my hairI leave 45 minutes as the instructions say

purchased a toner just incase and it was not what i was looking for in a colorThe toner has changed it from yellow to a light silver thank god wouldn't get again no
