Great tofu, shelf-stable
This tofu is a winner both for the taste and the fact it's shelf-stable. This tofu has been my favorite choice for tofu scrambles, and I don't see myself going back to anything else. I like that it's not swimming in liquid, but it's still silky smooth. I just pat it dry and go right into using it. The price, at just under $3 is fair, given how useful the product is and that it's shelf-stable.

Love it, I can not get enough of it, I wish they have the soft kind. Always able to finish one block of tofu by myself I put it in stir fry, udon soup, fried by it self, and made agedashi tofu...came out really good!!
