Good for Sweaty Bettys, too
I'm a lady, but a fat lady. So:A) the ladies' sizing in these shirts felt like they wouldn't accommodate my ample bosom and backfat - 50" around at my widest.B) The ladies' shirt sleeves were all so short as to seem non-functional in terms of blocking sweat. So, I decided to go with these deep V-neck dudely sized ones. I usually wear an XL in dude/unisex tees, but after hemming and hawing and reading reviews, I went with size L in this one. For me, sizing down was the right move. The shirt fits me snugly in a way that works very well as an undershirt. If I'd gone with my regular size, I think the shirt would have fit too baggy to work well as an underlayer. So - I agree with the reviews that recommend sizing down for that purpose. Also, I agree that the armpit pads get sorta moist feeling throughout the day, lol. But you know what? I don't care!!! If my armpits feel moist in this shirt, I know it's working! And it does work, amazingly well - no matter how much my pits perspire, my blouses, sweaters, and longsleeves stay pristine and pitstain-free.I have laundered this shirt a few times, and it comes out looking great & working the same each time, no shrinkage or loss of function. These are great, and I highly recommend them for people of all genders. They give me such peace of mind - I don't have to think about the state of my pits anymore! You really can't put a price tag on calm - for me, these are totally worth the money and I'm getting more!

Works as advertised and saves my dress shirts
I've always had a lot of problems with stained armpits on my dress shirts so when I saw this on Shark Tank I decided to give it a try. When I looked on Amazon I also so the Ejis Sweatproof Undershirt so I bought one of each to compare. The Ejis is a bit more expensive, but it seems to be made from a nicer material and is a bit longer both in height and sleeve length. I'm fairly tall so I appreciate the extra length, but I did discover that the sleeves are just a little too long to wear with a short sleeve dress shirt or polo. With the Ejis I also feel kind of like I'm wearing a wet diaper under each armpit. The Thompson Tee feels more like my standard undershirts and is a bit shorter all around. Even with the shorter sleeves it seems to do just as good a job at keeping my dress shirts dry, with the bonus that I can also wear it with short sleeves. My armpits also feel a little drier than they do with the Ejis. I've seen some complaints that the vee is too deep and can be seen through the dress shirts. My shirts seem to be heavy enough fabric that this hasn't been a problem for me, and I like that I don't have to button my shirt all the way up to hide my undershirt.Bottom line; both work well, but I find that I liked the Thompson Tee enough to order several more of them. I'm now wearing the Ejis one day a week and the Thompson Tees the rest of the time.

It works!
I really only have one complaint and that’s the deepness of the V cut. However the product works as intended. I am indeed blown away by it actually doing what it’s suppose to. I bought a large and it was mighty big for me. If they can get the sizing correct it would also be good.

Works as advertised, but creates a new problem...
I want to start by saying, you absolutely get what you pay for with this product. It really does capture all the sweat and will keep whatever shirt(s) you're wearing over top it of dry. However, after a few months of wearing it once or twice a week, a new problem arose. The washing instructions say to be sure that it's inside out and to use warm water, which I always follow (this shirt catches every drop of sweat, so trust me, it's gross by the time you take it off... you wouldn't want to clean it any other way). The problem I mentioned earlier is that once you've worn it enough times, even if you've been following the proper cleaning instructions, after about four hours of wearing the shirt it'll start to smell like you have two smelly wet gym socks tucked up under your arm pits.I've even tried washing them twice before wearing them again, but it doesn't help. So it creates this issue of "do I want to have no pit stains, but smell like I just came out of a locker room... or do I opt for pit stains but at least smell better?" Mind you, I still wear deodorant, but the smell over powers it.I'm not sure if these shirts have a 'shelf life' or something where after a certain number of uses you're just going to have to endure your own odor, but I just wanted people to be aware of this. Again, the shirt does exactly what it says it will and it does it well, but after enough use, you may want to consider wearing a newer one because like people say "if your body odor is strong enough that YOU can smell it, than other people can definitely smell it too".

Doesn’t work
It doesn’t work well at all. The quality seems poor with how it did nothing to prevent sweat from showing through my shirt. I’ve used similar undershirts for years, and worn the same dress shirt, without having this issue until now.

Perfect
The cotton material is soft and comfortable, making it perfect for all-day wear does an amazing job.
