Can you clear coat over this?I bought a few cases and it does not work any better than the cheapest spray paint you can buy

Would check with the manufacturer just to make sure. Some times they don't seem to bond well and will delamante. Have had that problem using clear over other brands. But I do think they sell a clear coat as well.

Can this be sprayed over the Eastwood epoxy black primer?

Yes, I did spray it over the epoxy black primer. They tell you not to spray over self etching primer. But I did use it over the epoxy primer. Came out very nice. Can not yet tell you of its durability. As I have not had it out in the elements for much time. But the finish is as strong as it looks all should be good. Have been very satisfied with the eastwood line of products. They seem to be pretty solvent safe.

would this work on my boat dashboard ?

Don't know, used it on the differentel on my jeep. Came out good. It says it is solvent safe. Used the satin finish. Might have better luck with an Epoxy, or rustolium? Good product, bit pricey. Think its really your call.
