There is nothing to dislike, the quality is excellent not too big and not too small plenty of compartments. I’ve been looking for ages for the right one. It is genuine soft Leather as described not PU leather

The Designer Genuine Real Nappa Leather Handmade bag is a practical, decent-sized bag with lots of room to fit everyday items. The quality and texture of the leather are great. The leather seems durable and is stiched neatly. It is overall simple but elegant and is good value for money.

The media could not be loaded.  Large double compartment leather shoulder/cross-body bag - it is excellent quality, very well made/finished, fully lined and quite soft. It has a permanent adjustment strap - all fittings/zips are of equal quality and very sturdy. The adjustable strap is easy to alter, and being slide adjustable you can shorten as much as you want. I do prefer cross body bags really low but this strap is long enough length for waist length and I’d use it for travelling. This bag is a double main compartment area bag, both individually zipped. Both compartments are spacious with 2 phone pockets in one and an inner zipped pocket in the other. There’s another zipped pocket on the outside of the bag. I added a video because it’s easier to show the overall quality that way.This is much bigger (and shorter) than the type of cross-body bag I prefer for everyday use - shopping etc. I use ApplePay, and use my phone for scanning at our local supermarket, so I like bags with easy access to my phone. However, I love handbags and use different styles for different purposes and I do like that the phone pockets are in a separate compartment so my purse can be kept in the other. This is the type I like for travelling as I need more items handy on a long journey. Price wise it’s currently priced at £36.85 - I think that’s very reasonable for a leather bag of this quality, I’ve spent triple that on a Kipling canvas bag of this size.
