I work outside and I'm often standing in one spot for 8hours so I'm always open to anything that can keep me warm. I had a smaller lower back version of this and would often wear it to just keep warm. This has done the trick it gets hot with slight movement and just stops the chill setting into my bones.

I bought this posture corrector heating belt, because of constant backpain,I have no regret buying it, I have not been experiencing pain anytime I put it on,just as the manufacturers said,It is now my favourite, thank you for this. I love it and I recommend it.

I ordered this in the hope it would relieve pain in my shoulders and back. I didn't get a chance to use it because an XL size arrived. I am small so had to return immediately. Very disappointed. It is only adjustable around arms and waist. Not going to be fit for purpose unless you are the torso length required for XL.

I ordered xl thinking this would did to help eleve my pain and discomfort but the size is lot smaller then that It would be lucky to fit my daughter and she only uk size 14.

If you are lean, a gym member and work out regularly then it will probably work. For me, I don't, I walk and however I try I'm the wrong body length, pear shaped and, well, sadly it went back. 😔
