Oceanstar Contemporary Wood Magazine Rack, Black

We bought this to store our toddlers board books in our living room. I was looking for an alternative to a typical toddlers bookshelf in a space shared with adults and I think this magazine rack fit in well with our decor. The rack is very sturdy and came already assembles as one piece. Our toddler has dragged it around (a negative I suppose) without any damage (a positive). It holds a lot of books and is a great height for little hands. Our little guy thinks it is a fun game to take out all his books and then put them away himself (over and over and over haha). Would recommend to parents who want to store books in their living/family room without looking like a complete daycare center.

Love this book rack. We use it for our downstairs guest restroom and fill it with magazines and the like that we never seem to have time to read (until now). The rack is solidly made and is dark wood and very sturdy. Instead of magazines we could easily put in the larger, hardcover type books one might find on a coffee table and this would easily fit and hold them. It came very fast as in 1-2 days from when ordered and the only thing I'd say that was unbecoming was it was packed in small styrofoam that stuck to all the wood. It took me a good 10 minutes to wipe it all off because whatever they used was sticky. That is a minor detail however. Recommended.

Very sturdy, looks great! Holds a lot of children’s books. I bought it to put in our living room under the end table for kids books, and it looks good. Wish I would have bought two but they went up in price now and I’m not sure it’s worth over fifty dollars, I paid half that.

I just received this rack today, and just put it together. It seems to be sturdy and strong and looks decent enough. But it did NOT come assembled. Assembly was halfway easy, but it is always easy to put a small crack in the wood as you try to balance the parts and screw them together. Seems like false reviews saying it came assembled? I had to insert 8 screws between 4 parts. I believe I will be happy with it, but cannot give 5 stars.

This is a super nice book holder I love it. I would definitely recommend this very roomy inside. Nice color and contemporary look.

This magazine rack is larger than I expected, which if you need it for a specific space pay attention to the dimensions listed. I just ordered it for the aesthetic as it was the best looking rack I could find. It is nice and large and can hold large volumes. It is solid wood and you can feel how sturdy it is. Definitely better than I expected.

I was looking for a magazine rack that coordinated with my existing furniture, and this fit the bill. It came already assembled and ready for use. It is solid and a good value for the price.

I bought this for my ever-growing stack of violin music books and I love it so far. It's a no-brainer to put together, and it looks great with my house decor overall. I don't know that it's worth the price completely, but I'm not unhappy with it, I love the look, and it's perfect for what I need it for. If you're not too finicky about price, I'd say go for it.

This was a Christmas present for my daughter and I think she liked it. I received the same one for Christmas as well. lol 😂 I love mine. It’s exactly the one I wanted.

I'm surprised to see the other review because mine is in perfect condition. Not cheap at all. I love it, and it looks soooo nice. I put my magazines on the right and my readers digest on the left and they all fit.

The item came put together and was just as the picture showed. Very good value for the money.

I use for sheet music and music books.
