Stylish Keepsake for Groomsmen Review: Amazing Bags and the best Cust Svc I’ve ever seen! - So I ordered these bags for a groomsmen gift for my wedding. I ordered with expedited shipping. There was an issue with the shipping and it became clear that I wouldn’t get them by the wedding. I left a furious message with the seller. It turned out the shipment went out but got caught up in transit. Nevertheless, I wasn’t gonna receive my items in time with the wedding just days away. Even though it wasn’t their fault the shipment got caught up, they immediately made a new batch of the same order, they sent it out for overnight shipping at no charge to me and I received it the day before the wedding. They told me when I received the original shipment which I since have, to just keep it due to the inconvenience. ANDDDDDD if that wasn’t enough, they gave me a full refund on everything. I didn’t pay a cent. This was BY FAR, an example of the best customer service I have ever seen. They wasted no time fixing the issue. They saw an unhappy customer and they didn’t just give me a refund and cut their losses on the order, they went to wayyyyy above and beyond to make sure I received my package by my wedding, even if it meant shipping two large orders (7 bag order x2), knowing they weren’t gonna make a cent on either. In fact, they were gonna lose money but they ensured I got the package by my wedding at all costs. I highly highly highly recommend. In addition to the incredible customer service, the bags look EXACTLY as pictured. They were perfect. Exactly what I had hoped. Actually, they were even better than I could have hoped. The bags were flawless. Unbelievable job all around. Truly remarkable. Thank you sooooo much! Review: Works well and worth the purchase - Great party favor for a wedding

Perfect gift for Groom and Groomsmen
I just received these today and fell in love as soon as I saw them! The quality is superb. The names were beautifully written and the bag is a nice size for the Groomsmen to fit all of their needs for the day. We are thinking of adding a few items such as a pocket watch, extra facemask, etc. I am so happy with this order and relieved that they came out so well. The Groom was surprised that I got this off Amazon. Spectacular find. I would definitely buy from this seller again.

Outstanding customer service and amazing item
We couldn't be happier with the items we ordered. They were gifts for the groomsmen at our wedding. They're actually nicer than some of the dop kits my fiance already has. The post office delayed them and the seller provided us replacements with 2-day shipping so they came in time. I have never had such great service from a seller on Amazon. You will not be disappointed!

Not Bad
Bags are of pretty good quality. Expected leather to be a tad bit better but not bad. All the groomsmen loved the bag cause they can actually use them whenever they travel unlike cups, socks, etc that u use a few times and lose or never use again. Also came alot sooner then expected thats always a plus.
