Loved it, just think the HK one is better

I have been using this product for over 46 years. Started using in high school. Works great after a hard day of skiing. After I got my cast off my broke ankle I put it on first thing in the morning with warm sock and boot. The one day I didnt do that my ankle was very stiff and painful. I use it on bruises the heat helps heal them faster. When my head or chest is congested I rub a little under my nose and on my chest and put on a warm shirt to keep the heat in. For best results when using for soar muscles or arthritis rub in until it starts to fill warm the put warm clothing on to keep heat in. Rub it in until u feel the desired heat. If you rub in too much and it gets too warm just wash off with soap and cool water. Do not put on right after a hot bath wait a while until your body cools down. Another important thing to remember after applying wash your hands really well. I usually wash mine at least twice. Do Not rub your or rub on and open wounds it will burn.
