There was a great special going on so I took advantage! The 16 tips are the ones we use most as they cover almost everything! Sometimes I needle sooner than I am supposed to but the results that I see make it so worth it. My face has gotten so much smoother, tighter ans clearer since the start of Dr. Pen. I will forever be a customer!!! Can't wait to get my new stock in so I can sit there and stare at them and wait to needle away!!!

This is not FDA approved. The needles in some cartridges are NOT the same size, drags skin, iv done 6 treatments on a tiny scar and no improvement at all. I really want to send this back and get a refund but there is no way.

So I’m between treatment when I turn the pen off to wipe the numbing cream from the other side, it doesn’t turn on, such a disappointment!

Pins do not retract back into the pen when adjusting the depth. This is different to when pins get stuck, and happened on every cartridge I tried. Very dangerous. Could cause serious damage to your clients!
